Good, but could be better.
The quality of the pad is good, and it would be very effective if it was anchored using two or more toes. Unfortunately it's only looped over one toe which allows it to move to the side. Immediate pain relief
Although these pads offer good pain relief one of mine has already broken at the loop that goes over the toe. I suppose you could stick it on your foot with surgical tape. I won’t buy this particular product again even though it’s not very expensive.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great, inexpensive item to alleviate pain
I had extreme pain in the balls of my feet where the toe joints meet, sending pain to the end of my toes. I walk 28,000 steps a day working at a supermarket as a personal shopper. Odd....
These are thin silicone. Once you've looped them around a toe (not very comfortable to start with!) the shaped silicone ended on the ball of my foot. I'm a size 7. So when I was walking it felt as if I was walking on the edge of a shelf. I persevered and ended up with a really sore line on the bottom of my foot and a limp! Rubbish
Bought these as I’m on my feet all day at work. First 2 days they felt great giving me the support I needed. Day 3 felt uncomfortable & on checking, the one on my left foot had snapped. The ring that goes around your toe was totally detached from the main pad. Don’t waste your money on these.
