The product compares well with more expensive replacements. Price is very competitive and arrived on time although packaging was flimsy. Despite poor packaging it was fortunately undamaged. Poor
I bought this as my original sky control stopped working. This was a terrible product and I had to call sky and report the issues I had, engineer came and checked everything informing me this was a poor copy explaining why, got an original sky one now which is perfect. This was the second sky remote because the had a malfunction due to constant use. However it still remains on of the most reliable and bet remote for controlling sky he boxes, It's easy tu set up with the correct witch which comes with the handset. Excellent replacement remote and fantastic price, only slight qualm was that the instructions included with it were not that easy to follow and I could not programme my remote with the codes or any of the methods stated.
