Great tasting oat and seed mix
I love this cereal, it is gluten free and contains seeds which are good for digestion. I eat this every day for breakfast. I used to b e able to buy this from Sainsbury's but they seem to have stopped selling it so I now have to get it from ebay It comes in a resealable bag which is handy to eat some and then put it away. It may seem expensive but it lasts a long time. I add extra seeds to it like chia seed and flax seed. It is very tasty and doesn't taste like cardboard.
