Powder Butter
Can't say what it taste like because I bought it for emergency storage. Reviews said it taste great and is the best they ever had. All I do know is it came as described, a Can equals after mixed 25.5 store bought sticks of butter according to the quantity information on the Can. A half of cup equals (8) Tablespoons which you mix with 1 and 1/2 Tablespoons of water to make a stick of butter. The storage life is 10 years from date on bottom of Can with use time of (1) year from time of opening. It has a easy to use plastic lid for after opening and a place on the can to write in the opening date. The good thing is it doesn't say anything about having to be refrigerated after opening.
