Best way to get enough Amino Acids and achieve good results !!!
Before taking these "Amino PLUS+" My nutritionist and Coach were making me eat 5 meals a day to make sure I was getting enough protein and supplements to build size and strength but now taking these "Amino PLUS+" I am only eating 3 meals a day and making better progress, they work really well, taste fantastic and are helping me to achieve my targets, as long as I'm still training I will continue to take these and would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone doing physical sports or hobbies. They are the very best way I've found to fuel my body ready for action and to help repair and recover after training hard !!! To start I chewed 3 lovely tasting tablets 3 times a day then 2 tablets 3 times a day, if you're serious about improving your body, sport, strength and results you NEED these !!!

I'm picky with amino acids but...
I used to swear by the amino 1500s from Holland and barrett, so I was only buying these as a spare until the 1500s were available again. I found these tablets easier to consume as they are chewable which makes a change from the monster size 1500s I was taking ( I struggle to take tablets) so these chewable tablets I was 90% happy with. The 10% i wasnt happy with was the taste of the raspberry was slightly sickly and they also contain sweetener such as sucralose. ( I've cut down on all my sugar and sweetener consumption). I have been using these for both my gym workouts and boxing sessions and wow these are working wonders for me and my sessions along with recovery, apart from the taste and sweetener, i cannot fault the performance, they do exactly what's said on the tin and more. I'm definitely thinking of switching full time to these from the original 1500s I used to take and they are better performing and easier to consume.

Iam 50 and to keep muscle on , I trained 6 days , , I now go 4 days and can see results already , my strength has improved , exceeding my expectations...... iam training and lifting more than my 21 year old son , that I’ve not been able to do for sometime ... also I’ve had a shoulder pain for a month and again the pain just stopped ....
