    Does the job

    I bought this for an employee. She always has her long greasy hair down and loose. Which I find both annoying and unhygienic. As I've asked her many times to tie her hair, to no avail, this hat was the only option. Well, low and behold. It does the trick. Her hair is in the built-in net and out of the way. I hope the hat is durable and lasts the wear and tear of time

    Too tight for me

    This is quite small for me, and is difficult to put on properly - I have to turn the peak back over the hat as it would completely block my vision otherwise. Not really comfortable, but it does the job. I'm still recommending it, though, because it's probably fine for people with smaller heads! I just wish they came in varying sizes.
