The is genuine omeprazole. I have purchased the Thailand GPO product several times. The first shipment was opened and inspected by Australian Customs, but passed and sent on. Since then shipments have gone through unopened (perhaps I'm now whitelisted). If you need a PPI I can recommend this product.
