ClassicSony Xperia Z2 working. I suspect this phone had a screen change in its life and wasnt done correctly. BUT, after charging, the touch screen refuses to work. The bottom of the screen is not perfectly attached, this could be as simple a fix as heating the screen to make perfect again.
