  • Nice looking case with excellent air flow, but could be better.

This is a nice looking case with excellent air flow. It looks nice and well built and has a clear side panel. Airflow is great and has room for a 240mm radiator with 2 120mm fans at the front. Magnetic dust filters are always a welcome feature. It has the option for a single optical drive, which is unusual in 2020, but when an optical drive is installed it ruins the looks somewhat. The optical drive is on it's side and positioned in no mans land in the upper left of the case. It supports 2 full size 3.5" drives and there are multiple areas to fit 2.5" drives. It's not quite as small as I thought it was going to be and is short and fat with the power supply under the motherboard, but this does give plenty of room for drives and cable management. However it does have a few negatives, hence only 4 stars. It only supports low profile coolers. The largest cooler I could fit was an AMD Wraith Prism cooler. Even with the bulge in the clear side panel you won't get any decent tower cooler to fit. But you could always use a 240mm AIO. The front panel cables come out at the top on the motherboard side of the case. It would be better to have these in the PSU side of the case under the motherboard so they can be properly cable managed. Also, due to the position of the front panel cable entry there is no cable access hole around the motherboard where the front panel and USB headers often are. There is also no cable access hole in the position where you normally route the PCIe power cable. This makes for longer cable runs over the motherboard than with other cases which can make it a little untidy. The biggest issue for me is that the whole case is the wrong way round. The motherboard ends up mounting upside down. This means all the illuminated logos on the GPU, CPU cooler and the motherboard are also upside down. This issue and it's cable run issues are worsened by the totally clear side panel. The side panel would be better if it was tinted or smoked. It works well and looks nice from the front, but getting an A+ professional finish to the build is not possible.
