Great little book
Glad I got this planner for tracking my calories, writing everything down is a good idea to see what you're eating on a daily basis. Yes it's 8 weeks, but there's separate pages of other interesting things, measurements, weekly plans, exercises etc, habits you've got or want to improve on, it's interesting, keeps me going back to write things down, I would buy again

I like the concept but too much going on for me
I thought the book was a fab idea when I was looking through the listing and loved the concept, however, now having the book and sitting down with it I’ve given up after a couple of days.
