I've only used this for a week, so here's my first impression.
I've only been using this product for a week now, so I can't really say that I've seen an improvement of my condition just yet. These things tend to take time, and I wish to write a fair review. That said, I bought this product after doing a little bit of research on cataract and other eye issues and possible remedies. I came across a formula in herbal tea that had the same list of ingredients as found on this product, so I thought I'd give this one a try (buying on eBay was more convenient for me). I've only been using one drop in an antique eye wash cup filled with distilled water, but I can smell the cayenne, which is the last herb listed on the ingredients list. When I use the solution, it does sting a little bit, but not more than regular plain water (non saline) would. I thought it would sting more, based on the fact that the smell of cayenne is noticeable. Eyes do get irritated and look red for a while afterwards, but then they return to normal and feel refreshed. On the label, it says to use '1 to 5 drops' in an eye wash. So you can go higher with the concentration. I have not had the courage to add two drops to the solution just yet. I'm sticking with 1 drop to an ounce of distilled water for now. I've been doing this first thing in the morning, and sometimes also before I go to bed. And if you don't want to do an eye wash/ eye bath with this stuff, you can simply take the drops in water orally at higher concentration.
