  • I've only used this for a week, so here's my first impression.

I've only been using this product for a week now, so I can't really say that I've seen an improvement of my condition just yet. These things tend to take time, and I wish to write a fair review. That said, I bought this product after doing a little bit of research on cataract and other eye issues and possible remedies. I came across a formula in herbal tea that had the same list of ingredients as found on this product, so I thought I'd give this one a try (buying on eBay was more convenient for me). I've only been using one drop in an antique eye wash cup filled with distilled water, but I can smell the cayenne, which is the last herb listed on the ingredients list. When I use the solution, it does sting a little bit, but not more than regular plain water (non saline) would. I thought it would sting more, based on the fact that the smell of cayenne is noticeable. Eyes do get irritated and look red for a while afterwards, but then they return to normal and feel refreshed. On the label, it says to use '1 to 5 drops' in an eye wash. So you can go higher with the concentration. I have not had the courage to add two drops to the solution just yet. I'm sticking with 1 drop to an ounce of distilled water for now. I've been doing this first thing in the morning, and sometimes also before I go to bed. And if you don't want to do an eye wash/ eye bath with this stuff, you can simply take the drops in water orally at higher concentration.

  • Dr. Christopher's Herbal Eyebright is great for dry eyes

I've been using this product for 5 years now and love it! Before my herbalist recommended it, I couldn't sleep because I needed to put eye drops in every hour day and night. I now use this as an eyewash before bed and usually once during the night. No more eye drops and I can sleep! I'm very grateful.

  • Excellent eye wash but be sure to dilute with distilled water, etc.

Makes an excellent, refreshing eye wash. Diluted with boiled distilled water, then let cool and filtered through a coffee filter to make eye wash; kept a small amount of the distilled solution in the refrigerator. Makes eyes feel very refreshed, too early to ascertain whether or not helps with eye problems.

  • Eye problems

I have had dry eyes for years. They burned all the time and it affected my vision. Someone told me about Dr. Christiensen's formula and I used it as an eye wash twice a day. It cured my eyes after only a few months

  • Wonderful eye wash.

Excellent results using it as an eye wash for increased intraocular pressure. Even though it contains cayenne. it's very soothing to the eyes.

  • Worth giving it a try

It's in testing process at the moment for cataract, can confirm that it produces puss discharges from the eyes in an overnight eye-wash, which means it's doing what it is said to be doing. Eye-wash started discharge after a few days of daily applications.
