I bougjt this phone for my dad, as he was having problems hearing people on the phone. As he is partially draf in one ear, This phone has given him a new sense of freedom. As he can use the phone and hear people perfectly clear, with no static . He also liked the red light which shows incoming call, and dofferent levels of ringer volume. His favourite feature of this phone is the hands free speaker button , as this enables him to talk to people while he is doing other things. This phone is very good value for money, and is suitable foe elderly or disabled people. We are very satisfied with this product.

Sadly the available range of volume in both headset and loudspeaker is quite a bit quieter than our previous BT Relate 3000. Shame, as otherwise this would be an excellent product.

The receiver handset is comfortable and lightweight, big buttons easy to see and press, there is a battery low warning light and the ringer tone has 3 types with high, medium and low volumes. Altogether brilliant for older people who have various physical ailments with hands, hearing or sight.
