The SacroWedgy worked like magic for me---after 2 solid weeks of sciatic pain!!!!
After suffering with 2 weeks of constant sciatica pain (if you get this, you know over-the-counter pain meds don't even begin to stop the constant ache....), I ordered the SacroWedgy. After 20 minutes of laying on it, I did the tilts and yoga cat/cows recommended in the included instruction booklet and (OMG !!!) the pain down my leg was gone! The pain did want to start up again the next morning, but onto the SacroWedgy I went for 20 minutes, and again, like magic, the pain was gone for the rest of the day. I am a believer now, and I don't wait for the pain to start--I use the Wedgy each morning and the rest of the day is great! p.s. Simple but effective
After dealing with chronic lower back pain for years we decided to try something else. Doctors just wanted to prescribe meds or do worthless tests. None actually addressed the problem itself. We discovered the sacro wedge through a colleague who was dealing with almost the same systemic problems. We felt that after spending thousands on different beds, hundreds on different doctors, we could spend $40 on this product. We are still in the process but it appears to be actually working where all other trials failed. It is addressing the problem with vertebrae misaligned. This is simple to use. All you need is a small pillow under the neck and about 20 minutes a day lying flat as possible, totally relaxed on this wedgy. Gravity does the rest. Do not expect immediate relief. This takes a few days or weeks to finally work. But do not give up. Allow some calendar time. It sounds too simple to be true but it is definitely worth the money. Great for back pain

Too uncomfortable for me
I had high hopes with so many positive reviews here and on other sites. Unfortunately I find the sacro wedgy extremely uncomfortable and can't tolerate laying on it for more than a minute, and afterwards my back pain is worse. My 24/7 lower backache is fading away!
