Much needed product of your cycle has a pannier rack
There is very little choice for rear lights of your bicycle had a pannier rack. Thankfully Cateye makes this little bracket. Even if your pannier rack doesn't have a mounting plate (like mine) you can simply use small zip ties to secure the bracket. The model list of compatible lights is out of date, but the updated versions of this compatible lights all use the same mount fixing.
