swapping parts to try fixing a receiver.
I swapped this chip for a repair of a Carver Receiver. I assume this chip is good. Board still had same problem. FM tuning section is very complex. Looked at the data sheets and still do not understand it. Good that these parts are available for repairs. Swapping a part may not help but it can't hurt.
