    GREAT BOOK FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO LEARN BASIC COOKING SCHOOLS

    Best cookbook ever if you like "old school" cooking. You won't find any vegan, keto, etc. recipes in this book; but for a new cook that wants to learn basic cooking skills, this is definitely the book to have, I got my first one as a wedding gift (1970) and was my kitchen bible. It finally fell apart from usage. I am now retired and was getting into some bad eating habits, so was happy to find this on Ebay and now making an effort to eat actual meals rather than a diet of sandwiches.
