$20 work knife
Smooth action, easy one handed, clip works good and don't snag up as much as others, made perty tuff, good lock, easy to sharpen, very lightweight in the pocket, sturdy handle, definitely the best edc pocket knife you will find for under $20. I'm rough on my tools and I don't spare the use of my tools even if it may not be exactly the right tool for the job. I use this as my edc for work, holds up real well. I tune up the edge with a kitchen steel every night after work. Drag it a few passes across a stone once a week just to knock the nicks n burrs off the edge. At this price point, I'll wear it out and get a new one. I'm using it heavier and heavier to try and hurry things up, just so I can have an excuse to buy another Dozier... Well built. Nobody can match this quality at that price. No way

Play in the blade during heavy cutting tasks.
Product has a lot of play in the blade when pushing downward during heavier cuttings tasks. I am not sure if it is just the knife that I received or if they are all like that. Tightening the main pivot screw helps but makes the knife difficult to open.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Modern LST
There’s a reason this has become the modern day equivalent of the original classic Gerber LST designed by Blackie Collins. That gentleman’s pocket knife was the first to dispense with a metal frame to lighten it up and while the Kabar Dozier sends the LST to the CrossFit gym for a more robust build, it doesn’t forget the original twin missions of light, and cheap. Needs permanent ambi thumbstuds
