Alternator pulley service must have
This is a great kit - worked perfectly - so I replaced the OAP ( Overunning Alternator Pulley ) on my Audi A4 b6 TDI AVF engine with a Valeo 140amp alternator - 33 spline socket fitted perfectly using an electric impact 🔫 mine wasnt the best a 240v clarke but with one hand gloved on the pulley and left setting on the impact gun it was only a matter of 2/3 bursts and off the old pulley came - bear in mind that my cars pulley had never been replaced its 17 years old and 130k on the ⏰ so its a very doable diy mechanic job with this kit - the kit does cover several other alternator types which makes it far more versatile for other vehicles too which is a bonus - id say the quality is excellent ive used my impact gun and counter held for tightening to 80nm and the torx 50 bit and 33 spline bit have no signs of wear so id have to recommend as its definitely reusable for future pulley jobs - thought id add some pictures of my alternator i used this tool kit on as you can see the spline and then beyond that the 50 torx shaft of the alternator - the perfect tool set - Toolzone have been reliable i also use there tool for compressor of shock absorber springs so a quality item
