Does exactly what it says on the tin. It’s amazing, you can go and create your piece with the alcohol inks, the I put my stamp into the lift ink then onto my work and it worked beautifully, remember not to waste the ink you now have on the stamp, have a piece of porous eg card stock and then stamp onto this, the colours you have lifted show up beautifully now on the card stock.
