Great if it works.
Our Samsung Dutch Door refrigerator had the water under the drawers problem like many others. Getting the insides apart to install the drain clip was a real chore. There was enough ice buildup to resink the Titanic. But once I got down to the evaporator, installing the drain clip was pretty easy. Putting the insides back together was harder than I thought it would be, but finally the refrigerator was ready to plug in and turn on. Based on everything I've read and the videos I watched, this larger drain clip should eliminate the icing up/water under the drawers problem. The new drain clip is many times larger than the original Samsung part so it should conduct heat into the drain hole a lot better. Time will tell, but I'm pretty sure I made the right choice in fixing it myself. So far, so good. After 5 days there hasn't been any water under the drawers. Does Not Always fix Samsung water leak issue
Item shipped was top notch as described. We owned Samsung French Door Fridge. We gave 1 star because this will NOT solve or fix Samsung's refrigerator water leaking issue. We spent 3 days working on this. 1st day was spent more than half day to unfreeze fridge backing just enough to remove panel to replace this clip. We saw ice formed on clip drainage and all over upper fan on top locations. Next day water was still leaking into fridge. So on 3rd day, we had to unfreeze all ice on top of fan & the panel had ice inside that we did not know until we let it sit and ice water just keep running out. So a whole day I kept pouring hot boil water down drain clip to drain ice. After 8 Hrs, finally water way running down drainage to back of fridge. We realized the defroster is not getting hot enough to unfreeze the frozen drainage. So we put everything back. After 2 days, water started to leak into fridge again. I then said heck let's raise the temp up 1 or 3 degree. This seems to work but it's intermiten as every few days we check, sometimes there's water sometimes notVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Inexpensive fix for an annoying problem
It isn't a perfect fit for my Samsung fridge but the metal is flexible enough to bend it a bit and rotate the tip. Now it fits right down into the drain hole slot. I was expecting to find a small and insufficient clip but this model (or my individual unit at least) had NO clip at all. Having one will surely work better than not having one! Problems fixed, we hope.
Water and ice build-up under the crisper drawer was causing a lot of grief. We wondered how Samsung could allow this refrigerator to be sold with all the problems that showed up on consumer reviews. Went on YOUTUBE and found an after market heater clip to replace the ineffectual one that was there, PROBLEM SOLVED!!!! Also had major issues with the ice maker. Samsung water under bins fix
I replaced the original part with this replacement and I no longer have water leaking into the refrigerator under the pull out bins. A must buy for Samsung refrigerators
