Underwhelming Experience Thus Far, Looks Way Cooler in the Marketing Ads
It's a great idea in concept; however, if you've experience with a backup camera system that came standard on a newer vehicle - for me a BMW - then, you may be somewhat disappointed and/or have a tepid experience with this product. The product itself performs as stated; namely, to have a rear view of your vehicle when backing up. Unfortunately, it's not to scale or I've not figured out how to make it so and there are no audible indicators or I've not figured on those either, which come in handy in my BMW. While I wouldn't deter a potential buyer, there may be better products out there. It is useful that one doesn't have to drill holes, but the monitor/screen device lacks a battery and one has to keep it plugged in to use it. The cord is annoying and it needs access to your cigarette adapter. I'm using this on an older Mini Cooper and could not imagine having to attempt this in a larger vehicle.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
