Small but Mighty Air Pump
This air pump puts out a constant & large volume of air. Does a really good job on mechanical septic systems. I just wish it could last longer than 5 years, but maybe I expect too much, since my system is outside, (it's in a fiberglass enclosure with vents in both ends.) summer & winter. Overall though I would definitely recommend it for mechanical septic systems, or anything that needs a constant large flow of air!

Excellent Blow
Kind-of greenish blue color. Produces excellent volume of air with good force and more than my old Clearstream unit that I rebuilt four times which may have been equal to a HP-60. I took this HP-80 apart and it is nearly identical except there's been an upgrade to the kill switch and no more plastic safety screw. Diaphram blocks are the same. I'm glad that Septic Solutions offered this HP-80 at a $50 limited discount when I needed it. I have bought many septic products from Septic Solutions for 5 yrs. They have a great web site and real people to call for questions.

the air pump
the air pump was a easy install. Only thing I had to modify was the power cord, as mine was hard wired and this one had a plug. It also came with the alarm air outlet pluged as it you don't need that its not a problem They also had it for the cheapest price that I could find. It arrived super fast and it was packed really good. John

Great little air pump motor!
Hiblow makes a great product. This motor sits outside on top of my septic tank. My last one lasted 6 years in the extreme Louisiana heat! That is a good run for something that runs nonstop 24/7..all year long.

Great aerator septic pump....

Economical, heavy-duty air pump
This is a quality air pump that can be easily maintained. Repair parts are available and there are several instructional videos on YouTube for how to perform maintenance. Very solid construction. I bought this for an aerator for my septic tank, though it can also be used to aerate water gardens and fish tanks.

Very good unit and puts out 3 times the air than the expensive rotary vane pump. The pump is also very very quiet and the company that I sold this pump was very nice and helping me pick which one I need it After hooking this pump up I noticed no more smell from outside the aerobic system.
