We needed a toilet that would sink back into the wall as our space is so small, this fits perfectly. The mechanism needed a bit of tweaking to stop it dribbling into the overflow after the cistern was full - but from my small experience that's not unusual. The seat and lid are thin plastic and feel a little cheep, but again that's easy to replace. The main loo and cistern do the job nicely.
