Great addition to your gardening/seedling setup!
It came with a huge crease, but that was rather easily removed (in case you have the same issue, just plug it in, heat it up to 90 degrees and it will get soft enough to straighten it up. I used it under a 15x25 propagator and am amazed - it heated the air inside up to 80 F and I had the first plants showing up only two days after I started - that would have never happened without the heat source. The temperature controller works great as well and is very easy to set up and check when in operation. Overall, I highly recommend getting a heating mat with controller for your seedling operations - it is very well worth it!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Barely Warms Up
The thermostat can be set up to 107 degrees Fahrenheit , but the pad cannot get any warmer than 10 degrees above ambient temperature. This may be sufficient for sprouting seeds , but it’s not when you’re trying to keep reptiles or baby wildlife warm.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Quick seed germination

We are going on our second year of use, and it works very well. We use it for seedlings and fig tree cuttings. We have started seedlings on and off the heading mat at the same time. The ones on the heating mat have sprouted (on right side of photo), and those not on the mat have not yet sprouted (on left side of photo). highly recommended!

Plugged it in and the mat into the controller. Put a thermometer in a cloth on top. It attained and held the temperature set on the controller. The plus is, if you're not using it with the seed mat, you can plug it into a heater or a refrigerator to use as a temperature control. The mat is rolled up tight for shipping.
