I have been using Johnny's Garlic Spread for over 10 years now and I use no other seasoning on my garlic bread! Everyone that I have served this garlic spread to has loved the great flavor that it adds to French or Italian Bread! Add some Italian/pizza/mozzarella shredded cheese to the top and pop it into the oven to melt onto the bread and you have a made an instant family favorite!!! It is actually a great bargain as well! Remember this is OVER A POUND of PREMIUM QUALITY Garlic Spread! Not my favorite garlic bread sprinkle
Ok, I was looking for a garlic bread sprinkle like my longtime favorite which is no longer available. Well, this isn't it. It is short on garlic flavor and has more parmesan flavor. It doesn't really shake through the holes in the lid easily. It is better to put it in your butter, mix them together and then spread on your bread. Of course when you are doing this, you can add garlic to your own taste and have a tasty garlic/parmesan toast. Great Garlic Seasoning
In my opinion, Johnny's Garlic Spread is wonderful! I primarily use it on beef and fish for a nice garlic accent, but I am sure it would be great on pork and chicken, too. I use it in addition to some season salt and black pepper, so the implication here is that Johnny's Garlic Spread is more on the garlic flavor and not on the salty side.
