Meanwhile
I was only introduced to the world of Twin Peaks about a month ago. I started watching season one and for a couple of episodes I didn't get it and wasn't particularly interested in finishing it. But then something clicked, and I became more and more intrigued by it. I've now seen all 3 series, the film Fire Walk With Me, the extra hour and a half deleted bits from the film, and am currently reading the Secret Diary of Laura Palmer whilst wearing my 'This is Lil' t shirt. Needless to say I am addicted. It is genuinely one of the best entertainment series I've ever seen and it leaves you longing for more and more. This box set is the perfect starting place for any new comers and a perfect collection for cult followers. Buy it. You won't regret it.

Peculiar. Arresting. Unusual. Occasionally compelling.
You wouldn’t want to spend a great deal of time searching for meaning in any of this, though. Often silly, and with the feel of something students cobbled together without spending much time on it. A hoard of character actors and no real stars, a script that wanders all over the place and a plot that makes it up as it goes along, never entirely sure where it is going or even if it matters. We enjoyed it. Recommended, with one proviso: This particular set ISN’T the complete set and DOESN’T include the 2017 series.

I'm definitely biased but I do love the series and the movie, the whole thing is just magic. I have seen it like 4-5 times and still has a lot of mysteries.
