Not bad at all, but some annoying quirks
Had it for a couple of weeks. Vacuums surprisingly well, but has some limitations too. Most annoying is that it WILL NOT clean black parts of a rug because its sensors tell is it's a drop... How weird! I have a striped rug with two black stripes and it will not clean these stripes (and will give error message that it's about to fall off and needs to be moved to a different areas). Two other issues I had with it are it's inability to vacuum shag rugs (pile too high for it), and it getting stuck under low set furniture. It goes under beds etc and if there is enough clearance it goes in and out easy. But I have two bureaus that are just about tall enough off the floor for it to go under, but then it gets stuck and can't get out - the height is just so. So overall not bad at all, but some annoying quirks.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Buyer beware
The unit is easy to use, just push the button. But, the rubber rollers on the underside of the unit do a horrible job of picking up dog and cat hair. It rolls the hair up and leaves wads of it all over the place. According to reviews, this was meant to be for the pet owners but it does a pathetic job. I would have been better off getting the one with the bristle roller and have to clean that more frequently. The dust bin does not empty easy as it has a corner inside of it that the dirt hangs out in. You have to shake it a lot to empty it completely.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

good vacuum
We have three E5s they do a descent job but could have a little more suction. We have no pets they do pick up a lot of small stuff and dust. If you keep the bin clean and filter changed or blown out with air they work well. Powerful But Dumb
Love my little vacuum! It's not any smarter than older models, but it's more powerful and the rollers are much easier to clean than the brush rollers other models have, although not the sturdiest as a tightly wound hair can cut into them a bit. Great roomba to tackle sea of pet hair
One long-haired cat + one busy human + one small apartment meant lots of pet hair. This little vacuum has taken care of that. It's designed to tackle pet hair with rubber rollers instead of brushes.
