    Fantastic, economic little water heater

This is a great little water heater that fits well under a sink and it easy to plumb in. No need to heat a whole tank of water anymore, so it's ideal in a flat that doesn't have gas!

  • Most critical review

    Poor performance

I purchased the 7.3 kw model expecting to get really hot water from it,but it is only tepid unless I use an external restricter to slow the water tto the minium it will accept to open the elecric switch. A same rated shower will give out hot water in a copious supply.

  • the water is not very hot

I bought the 3.7kW version. I am impressed with how quickly the water heats up; only a few seconds! But, the water never gets very hot. If you put the mixer tap onto full hot (and no cold) it is just right for washing your hands, but it doesn't get any hotter. Also, the plastic tap leaked and I had to take it apart and put PTFE tape on the thread which solved it. I am going to buy a higher rated version next to see how that performs.

  • Neat and efficient

replaced a similar one 15+ years old. The water pressure where I live varies a lot, this makes control difficult but these units cope quite well. Quicker and more efficient than waiting for the boiler !"

  • Good value & performance water heater

Replaced same product I purchased 6-7 years ago. Used on a daily basis so pleased with performance of product Would use again as simple to swop out no plumbing required as same as original fitting

  • easy and reliable

Relatively easy to install; it does away with the need for loads of underfloor pipes and the need to constantly heat a water tank. You do need too have reasonable water pressure.

  • Easy to install

Not bad for a 4.5kW heater. Low flow rate was as expected. Easy to fix but take care with the plastic fittings and follow the instructions.

  • Low quality

Low quality. I bought a 3.7 kw and IT heats less than a 2.0 kw I previously had. Lots of plastic parts, few of them broken during installation.
