The thermos food flask is great at keeping your food warm during the cold days when you're out in the woods. Read the instructions. Clean in with a brush. I don't use the attached foldable spoon. The spoon is made from metal, I prefer a plastic one (spork) instead, not to scratch the surface on the inside, causing premature wear and thereby causing increased loss of thermal insulation (also increased thermal radiation). I love the color (bronze/copper).

Good flask for food and does keep contents warm, but not for as long as I'd hoped for, but then it is winter. Certainly better than a similar unbranded flask I have. I'd suggest preheating and then storing in thermal bag.
