Good piece of kit
I am not a tiler, although i work for a company that supplies tiles and tools to both retail and trade, Really good piece of kit even better than the cutters that we sell (we are closed due to covid 19 so could not get one), does what it says on the tin, keep in mind that the blade is a general purpose blade so not suitable for porcelain or natural stone, i would advise to buy the correct blade if you are cutting one of those materials, irrespective of who's cutter you buy they mostly only come with a general purpose blade to keep the price down. One small critique is the measurement scale on the top plate, mine only had one ruler although there was space for two, in order to line the guide up properly, My work around for this was to use a set square, set your measurement on the entry side of the guide then use the set square to get said measurement and then make the adjustment to match on the exit side of the guide. OK for now but will be replaced
As a tile cutter it works well enough but there are issues aplenty Firstly build quality isn't the best. I've had to make a couple of minor repairs to poorly fitted components. Secondly, the manual that comes with it is a joke. It was easier to assemble it from the pictures than the text. Thirdly, given that this isn't anything close to being a waterproofed motor the amount of water it chucks out when cutting is a real disappointment. I run it at minimum and top up between cuts It does a job - I can't really say any more than that.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
