Thornton's Dark Chocolate Gingers are, without doubt, the best, however, because the chocolate coating, on these, is way beyond its best (the ginger discs are still fine), here's how to enjoy them
Place them in a glass bowl, place the glass bowl in an pan of water, heat the water and as the chocolate coating starts to melt, stir in a drop of milk, from time to time
Keep stirring until the mixture becomes sufficiently liquid to enable the re-coating of the ginger pieces to take place
Note that, in the process, the chocolate has been restored to its original dark brown colour and delicious flavour
Serve with some fresh double-cream poured over!
