Sharpen your knives so you can shave with them.
This thing works. Easy to use, fast, and within a few minutes you get the hang of it. No more whet stones, steels,and mucking around. It has several different belts which are easy to change and colour coded. You start with the coarse one if the knife is really dull, (or if you want the best results) and move through the finer belts till your done. Takes about 5 minutes to get the dull knife sharp, and then about 1 minute to maintain from there on. Easy.
