Easily installed providing the wall is solid and if plastered that there is no loose or crumbling areas where the fan is to be fitted, I found the fixing screws too small to go through the plaster and into the brick work so used extra longer screws which I had ...overall I found it to be a quality buy.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
