Its a big phone, you certainly know you've got it. My battery lasts about 4-5 days between charges on light/moderate use. Display is clear although I can see that this is the compromise on this phone as previous Samsung at a higher price point (and the latest) and more expensive models with similar specs have a better AMOLED type screen instead of what is an PLC type with back light. This impact on contrast but hopefully should address the known screen burn issues I've seen previous with AMOLED. Overall, I can't fault the camera, performance is good but I can't see the point in the 48MP camera option as that would appear be software interpolation. Sound quality is superb and reasonably loud and clear but I have notices on Bluetooth audio the transmission audio always seems a tad quiet on several speakers I've tried! Read full review

Good value for money. The battery life is just ok will just about do a day. Anything more would require charging in the day. its a decent size phone with good big screen and good for surfing the internet watching youtube etc.

Nice sized screen, not used camera much, has NFC which is useful, expandable memory via micro usb, quite responsive opening apps, good price for this product, holds its charge pretty well. no complaints, its probably not as good as some of the other well known brandsbut its a lot cheaper to buy

Good value basic entry smart phone. Battery life appears to be good and screen size is on the large side so good if you watch a lot of content on your phone. Not so good if you like putting your phone in your back pocket

We got this as a replacement for my husband's old Samsung Galaxy, I have had this model for over a year so we knew what we were getting. It's easy to navigate and set up, slimline profile and nice touch with the iridescent back cover in black. The phone holds it's charge well and responds quickly via the touch screen, would highly recommend for anyone who is older and new to mobiles.

The A21s appears to be a good value dual sim phone, with easy set up and quality features that are just as good as a much more expensive phone,it has a nice slim comfortable design that allows you to handle it easily and has access to up to date graphics, the battery has a fairly long life and the download speed is nice and quick..a phone that does the job at a price thats not too high.

Good phone for the money. Bought Refurbished, looks like new. Faster processing than expected. Reliable connections . Used for, phone calls ,texts, email, music, Alarm clock ,memo, sometimes video. copes ok . Bought because my old S5 Samsung no longer updates, banking app would no longer run on it etc. I prefer the S5 . A21s Too big and awkward. Screen clarity not the best. No missed message flashing light, no battery charging or charged light. I would recommend The A21s for the price and Samsung's reputation.
