This is amazing and a natural way to promote sleep!
This product is amazing to help you relax and have a good sleep. It gets you off to sleep nauturally and keeps you asleep. I always buy this for myself and my 9yr old also takes it due to anxiety and stress and restlessness at night. I used to take 7.5mg Zopiclone from the doctor at night as im not very good at sleeping but ive managed to ditch that and use this more natural product. - your brain produces Melatonin to help you sleep anyway but this really helps. Definately recommond this
