An accurate revival of the original 1960s Marlin but with a better, albeit less distinctive movement, and a superior stainless steel case. The only downside is the large plastic spacer holding the small movement in place. The originals also had a plastic spacer, but the movements were bigger so the spacer less enormous. A brass spacer would be nicer (you can't see it unless you remove the caseback but you know it's there). It was brave of Timex to keep to a traditional, vintage size (34mm). It makes for a watch you can wear and forget about, it doesn't collide with things as you work. Watches were practical as well as decorative in pre-mobile days. All in all, a really great watch.
