deep and thought provoking. Meditative.
This gospel which was only rediscovered in the nineteen forties is about the esoteric aspects of Jesus's teachings which the institutional church has long overlooked or even opposed. it is about the quality of life-how to live in the Now. It has much to say about Jesus's relations with women and the feminine aspect of Deity. The verses are short and punchy. Reminds me of the Gospel of Thomas.
