Could recommend it to anyone. Especially for people like I am whom level of Iron is very low. If you have wake up (after 8h sleeping or more), and still feeling tired, without energy - you definitely need some iron. Additionally recommend this product to all "Mens" for two reasons: * First, for high volume of IRON in one tablet, and * Second, because this product don't contain any non-men ingredients such as "(-)Folic Acid" which is only for ladies.
