We received the product plugged it in and the digital screen didn`t come on / light up ,we had removed the basket and replaced it but it didn`t fit back in ,it turns out the safety switch couldn`t be operated by the basket as the part on the basket that closes the switch had not been adjusted to fit .After i had filed the part to the right size it works fine .I had started a return request but fixed it before the request was granted . As it works fine now i will keep it it was just poor quality control at the factory.
