Paper puckers up
So l bought this with good intentions for £55. In the description it says it will accept paper from a standard 115mm roll. But what roll? Every time l put paper in it lasted all of 10 seconds! It would not hold firm against the base pad so would either crease or tear. I tried hook and loop backed paper as well as smooth. Still no joy. I asked the supplier who was in fact a body shop car repairs and they said they did not know. So does this mean that they do not use the very products that they sell? I am trying to find out if l can get a hook and loop base plate, but can’t get an answer from anyone helpful at all. This is so frustrating, as had l known in advance l could have bought a 240 volt one with a hook and loop fitted. At the moment it’s still in the box and that’s where it’s staying!
