Snakes and Ladders - a timeless way to have fun
Large mat, which makes it more appealing to a small child, I think. Easy to roll/fold up and travel with. The 4 year old that I play this with loves going up the ladders and it's helping with her counting. Great value for money. Not great quality and over priced
I used one of these in a school, and assumed the thickness of the mat would be the same. It's nice and bright colours, but not much thicker than a carrier bag. I guess this is a replica of another brand. Lightweight & great for after dinner family entertainment
I bought this new Ludo game recently, as I wanted something that catered for more than 4 players and found this set was perfect for it. The material is plastic and well laid out , with nice bright colours. It's great for after dinner entertainment for family and friends, the way things were once upon a time. Growing up as a child in the 70's, most families had countless board games to keep their kids and friends entertained - great times. Today, with most people owning mobile phones, we spend too much time on social media, facebook, twitter, instagram and get upset when we receive negative comments or having a public spat in front of millions. Studies have shown, spending too much time on social media and watching telly, actually increases depression and anxiety conditions. Games are fun, strategic, clever and keeps your whole family and brain engaged in a competitive but good way. Instead of fiddling with ones phone in a bar checking social media, just take a simple travel board game along or better still arrange a weekly dinner and games night at a friend's house, like your mum and dad used to do. You'll appreciate your friendships and family much more, I guarantee it. Good, but Dice is too small
Good product for the price I paid. But, the size of the dice is tiny. It is a reasonable expectation that, given the board and coin sizes are "giant", the dices also would be appropriately larger.
