In cooperation with Loc & More In June 2018, Raaberbahn/GYSEV purchased two BR 233 locomotives (nicknamed “Ludmilla”) from the DB Chemnitz location. The Cottbus plant of DB Vehicle Maintenance was commissioned with the overhaul. The repainting in the typical GYSEV colors of green and yellow was also carried out there. It was then equipped with radio and security equipment in Sopron. The two powerful diesel locomotives are used to pull freight trains.
