A cracking book, with easy recipes that don't need 101 ingredients. It's not all vegetarian recipes, for example 'Lamb shanks with lentils', 'Pork, sweet potato & chickpea stew' but there are plenty that don't need meat, 'white bean & spinach fettuccine', 'chickpea & veg curry 'Tuscan bean soup'.
