Lacks quality
I've been giving my chinchilla this product for years. This past year the quality of the ingredients has gone downhill. It used to have nice big pieces in it and many dried dandelions, now it's literally a bag of crumbs. I'm really not trying to be mean, just factual. I've started buying a different brand, regretfully so because I like rosewood products. It would be greatly appreciated if this problem could be fixed. Thank you. Misty Devillier
