The geographical location of Great Britain led the Royal Air Force to produce land-based seaplanes. The Bristol Beaufort, which began to enter service with the Coastal Command at the end of 1939, was a twin-engine naval torpedo bomber with a combat load of up to 908 kg, and it could also perform reconnaissance operations.
This kit is from ICM, a well respected model kit manufacturer in Ukraine and it is good to support those people in any way we can. I am halfway through the build and I am a reasonably experienced modeller. The kit is nicely detailed and fitting of parts is good with well engineered joints and location mouldings. In particular with this kit and its extensive canopy clear plastic I strongly recommend buying the Eduard aftermarket masking set. splendid kit for the intermediate modeller.
