Great Pre-Glue/Silicone Cleaner
I have used this Bartoline Methylated Spirits for a long time to clean anything prior to glueing, when making a repair. It is also great for cleaning worktops, shower trays, baths and sink units prior to siliconing. You also do not need to worry about surfaces being damaged, as you do with some cleaners. It is very economical compared to spray can alternatives and goes a long way. It is also very hygienic and does not contain any harmful products when compared to alternative cleaners.
