Ford Edsel was the greatest flop in the history of this automobile maker - maybe the greatest flop of all the producers worldwide In the process it made history - it became an important showcase of poor decisions in terms of design, the bulky shape and the choise of its name. The quality model represents accurately both the everything-but-beautiful design and the ugly color of the car. Through these it has grown to a sort of beautiful uglyness... It deserves its place in the history.
