Cost per printed page too expensive, particularly when the internal chip is designed to artificially disable the cartridge to prevent it from being used beyond a pre-programmed point. Despite the fact that the cartridge can be refilled and remains in perfect working order. When the ink arrived my printer would not accept it as genuine so I contacted the company. The company responded straight away and helped me to resolve the issue.
