I've had this only a week but it certainly looks like it is going to be very useful. I bought mine pre-owned, I am not sure what vintage - probably about 5 years old. It may not do everything that some of the up-to-date alternatives do, but it does do a lot. It came with a printed manual which is easy to follow. It is going to take quite a while to learn all the ins and out - but that's the fun of it. It has facilities to go from using just pre-set rhythms to adding Grooves right up to programming your own complete Tracks; the GroovePlay and Jam functions may well make this drum machine unique and therefore more versatile in its niche.
