This dvd disc does not solve your NSTC gaming playing problem, however, is a solution to the 'green tint' which is a result of having to use an RGB connection from your PS2 to your TV for muli-region playback, ie region 1 for American and Japanese dvd movies, which it achieves it's purpose just fine.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
